Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the day of receipt. The products must be in excellent condition and the product packaging must accompany the product. For hygiene reasons, returns on deodorants, manicures and pedicures, as well as makeup are not accepted.
In case the return is not made within 14 days or in case the packaging of the product has been opened, then www.elabeauty.gr may not accept any return and replacement of product.
Returns are made exclusively by courier or by delivery to the store itself. The cost of return is borne by the customer, except in cases involving our mistake. In addition, in all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by all relevant documents (proof of retail or wholesale) and in its original packaging. Before each return, it is recommended to contact www.elabeauty.gr, either via email or by phone at 22950-33245, within the opening hours of the store.
