Delivery methods

We make every effort to ship your orders on the same day, always adhering to all safety and security measures for Covid-19.
Due to the increased workload of couriers, your orders may arrive to you with a short delay of 3-5 days.

The delivery of the products to your place is done by the General Post Office.
In the comments of your order you can mention your preference in days and hours that you served best for the receipt of your products.

Delivery time:

Within Athens, the average delivery time if the product is available is 1-2 working days from the day of the order.
For some remote areas, delivery time can be up to 2-4 business days.

Shipping costs:

• Inside, outside Attica & Island destinations:
For orders up to 50 € the shipping costs are 5 € up to 3 kg (each additional kilo has a charge of 0.50 €) and the cash on delivery charge is 2 €. Free shipping over € 50

For inaccessible areas:

Shipping costs for remote areas are 7 € to 3 kg (each additional kilo has a charge of 0.70 €) and the cash on delivery charge is 2.50 €. You can also pick up from the nearest General Post Office store in your area by writing in the comments "Pick up from the General Post Store"

• For Cyprus:
For orders up to 100 €, the shipping cost for Cyprus is 10 € up to 2 kg (each additional kilo has a charge of 3 €). Please note that orders must be prepaid. Cash on delivery is not available.

* In case one of the products is not available, our company will inform you as soon as possible about the waiting time for availability. For any delays in delivery, parcel loss or broken product, the General Post Office is responsible and we do not bear any responsibility.

Cash on delivery is not allowed in purchases over 100 euros
